Denny Andrews New Shop

Denny Andrews New Shop

Following the fire in the stable yard, I am glad to say  I have received some more stock from India and am able to display it in this wooden cabin in the garden and now have a simple range to sell.
I have always been keen to promote the khadhi textiles that were instigated by Gandhi before independence at a time when all Indian fibres were exported to England to be woven before being sent back to India as mass produced cloth. Gandhi encouraged people to handspin and handweave fabric for themselves and every major town in India will have a shop selling their wares.
